From there the price follows what you actually run: your managed resources, how much of running them you automate, and the people who need access - each of them on a personal plan the organisation pays for. There is no base fee, and nothing is locked behind a higher paid tier: every paid organisation gets the whole platform, and only the price differs.
An organisation is billed for what it runs and for the people who run it, and the organisation pays both lines. There is no package to pick and no base fee: the figure starts at zero and grows continuously.

One user and five managed resources cost nothing - no card, no time limit. A free organisation has no AI and no automation, and RoPA records and the audit log (with the auditor role) stay off until it moves to a paid plan. API keys, AI agents and MCP write tools work as on a paid organisation. The first thing you pay for is your sixth managed resource, or your second person.
One continuous curve over the estate: how many managed resources the organisation has, how much of running them is handed to automation, and how many people need access beyond the included allowance. Five people and 100 managed resources at standard automation is €299 a month; with no automation €191, with advanced automation €470. Each organisation is priced on its own, and the calculator below describes each separately.
Everyone in a paid organisation holds a personal plan - Plus, Max or Pro, per person per month - and the organisation pays for it. The plan carries AI: every paid one includes a monthly allowance, and going past it costs €1 per 1,000 credits rather than cutting you off. Someone who also needs to read the audit log takes the auditor role, charged on top of that person's plan.
If the money stops: every organisation has a spending ceiling, €20 to begin with, and you can raise it. When it binds, compute is switched off while continuously accruing items such as disks and networks keep being billed. If an invoice goes unpaid we suspend access on the 14th day after it was due and delete the affected resources seven days later. Resources in your own cloud accounts are never deleted. Before anything of ours is torn down we export it as Terraform; that export describes your infrastructure, it is not a backup of its contents, so keep your own backups.

One managed resource = one compute instance, managed database, storage bucket, or DNS zone managed through Sencai.
An auditor is one of the people above who also reads the audit log. The add-on is charged on top of that person's own plan rather than as an extra head, so it never adds anyone to the count. Paid organisations only.

A Sencai AI credit is our own unit, not a provider token. It is a fixed amount of money spent on AI (1,000 credits = €1), so what a model costs changes how many tokens a credit buys, never what the credit is worth. The allowance is monthly whether you pay monthly or annually, and every account has a safety ceiling at 4x it so a runaway script cannot produce an unbounded bill.
Auditor add-on: €14.90 per auditor per month, charged to the organisation on top of that person's own plan. An auditor is an existing member who also reads the audit log, never an extra head - and both the audit log and the auditor role exist only in a paid organisation.
A newly registered user gets a 14-day Plus trial in their first organisation. It is granted once per person - not again for a second organisation, and organisations themselves get no trial of their own. Afterwards the account continues on Free unless you decide otherwise. In a paid organisation the organisation pays for its members' plans, so nobody is asked for a card personally; a plan can also be sponsored by another person straight from the profile, on one invoice.
Sencai starts a fresh runner for every CI job and removes it when the job ends. Each organisation gets minutes every month; a paid organisation gets more, and pays separately only for the minutes beyond them.
30 minutes a month
A hard cap, renewed every month. When the minutes are used up, new jobs wait until the next month, or until the organisation moves to a paid plan and Sencai has confirmed its payment. A free organisation is never charged for CI.
1,000 minutes a month
Every member adds minutes on top, by personal plan: 200 on Plus, 500 on Max and 1,500 on Pro. For example, 5 people on Plus get 2,000 minutes a month. Minutes are prorated by the days the organisation and each member are billed in the month.

A paid organisation can go on past its included minutes at this price, up to an overage cap that it sets: 1,000 minutes a month unless changed (at most €16 excluding VAT), and anything from 0 to 100,000. With a cap of 0, jobs wait instead of costing more. Overage billing starts: November 2026. Until then, a paid organisation's jobs wait once its included minutes are used up; from then on, extra minutes run and are billed up to the overage cap.
Hosted runners run for organisations Sencai has approved; contact support to request approval for yours. A paid organisation's minutes apply once Sencai has confirmed its payment, and until then the free minutes apply.
